| Abstract: | The practice of the legal system construction of the Chinese Communist Party in the important component part of the entire revolutionary and construction cause,it went through initiating constitutional government ,exploration suffering setbacaks,bringing order out of chaos,developing and bringing forth new ideas four periods.The legal system theory shaped over the practice of the Chinese Communist Party is the conponent part of Mao Zedong thought and Deng Xiaoping theory,is important contribution to Marxism. |
