中国法文化四阶段分析

An Analysis of Four Stages of Chinese Law Culture

Chinese law culture generally includes four forms. They are criminal law culture, civil law culture, jurisprudence culture and constitution culture. These forms exist in different historical process from dictatorship to rule of law. At present, Chinese society is in a transforming stage from civil law culture to jurisprudence culture. The modernization of Marxism jurisprudence is the practical task in jurisprudence culture stage. Its basic purpose is to establish the general right value view in Chinese public. The realization of this purpose will bring China into constitution culture stage, and constitution culture marks the arrival of civilization of rule of law.
