| 摘 要： | 有效地制定、实施侦讯策略是获得犯罪嫌疑人完整、真实口供的重要前提.通过对现代侦讯九大步骤法内容的介绍和评价,提出了制定和实施侦讯策略应遵循的科学心理依据以及应坚持的法律性和道德性原则.

| Abstract: | The efficiency of making and carrying out the investigation strategy is the important precondition of getting a thorough and truthful affidavit from the crime suspect. From the presentation and evaluation of the nine modern investigation steps, this article put forward the scientific psychological basis, the principles of law and ethics which one should follow in the course of making and carrying out the investigation strategy. |
