The Reflection of Human Rights Based on theDimension of International Criminal Law

Based on the dimension of international criminal law, we should establish the analytical aspects to study human rights in advance, which can be achieved by clarifying at the object, revealing the criminal law character and protecting the common interests of international society. The author have studied many existed problems, such as the narrow analytical aspects. Moreover the author discuss the concept, the character, the owner and the content of the human rights, which wants to set up the notion that human rights is the human's dignity and principal value.
