| 摘 要： | “和”是贯穿中国传统文化的核心脉络,“和”的核心是“和而不同”,“和而不同”思想是指导中国外交理论建设的宝贵思想源泉。近年来,中国特色社会主义外交理论建设不断取得发展,“和而不同”思想体现在政治、经济、安全、文化等各领域的中国外交理论与实践中,也为推动国际秩序向更加公正、合理的方向发展做出了中国的贡献。
