密切党群关系 构建和谐社会

党群关系和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的核心内容。实践中，由于存在诸如党内不正之风和腐败现象、人民群众参政议政渠道不畅等不和谐因素，因而严重破坏了党群关系。为此，党员干部一定要牢固树立正确的群众观，建立和完善保障人民群众参政议政的制度和机制，深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争，始终保持党同人民群众的血肉联系。

Building Closer Relations between the Party and the Masses for a Harmonious Society

Harmonious relations between the Party and the masses constitute a core part of a harmonious socialist society. But such inharmonious factors as malpractices and corruptions in the Party and incompletely open channels for the people＇s participation in and deliberation of state offairs are seriously disrupting the relations. To this and, the Party must foster a correct mass viewpoint, establishing and improving the system and mechanism to ensue that the broad masses are able to participate in and deliberate state affairs, make great efforts to improve Party style and build a clean government so as to always keep the flesh-and-bleod ties between the Party and the people.
