| Abstract: | This article is the second one written by the authors on the new Companies Ordinance （Cap 622） （＂the New Ordinance＂）. The first article, which appears in the February edition of this journal, sets out the major changes introduced by the New Ordinance to modernise the law and enhance corporate governance. This article highlights the major changes which are introduced to achieve the objectives of facilitating business and ensuring better regulation. |
