浅论依法行政及其在建设管理实践中的运用

依法行政是建设社会主义法治国家的关键所在。在建设管理实践中 ,要逐步健全、完善建设法规、规章体系 ,落实“四五”普法规划 ,尤其要提高广大建设管理人员的法治观念 ,规范建设行政执法行为 ,提高依法行政的水平。
