关于公安院校教师职业倦怠之探析

摘    要:当前公安院校教师 (尤其是公安业务课教师 )职业倦怠严重 ,主要表现为教师长期情绪上的倦怠感、较低的成就感以及厌教感。其根源为∶社会期望太高 ,工作压力太大 ;工作内容繁杂 ,劳动强度太大 ;工资收入太低 ,福利诗遇太差 ;教师地位不高 ,尊师重教风气尚未形成。缓解教师职业倦怠的措施为∶不断提高教师工资收入和福利待遇 ;加强学校文化建设 ,建立良性支援机制 ;建立社会支持网络 ,对教师职业持合理期望 ;引导教师正确认识职业倦怠 ,并给予适当支援与协助。

Abstract:At present, teacher's burnout (especially the teacher of police profession course) is very serious in police college, mainly displaying the teacher's long-term emotional burnout, relatively low sense of achievement and the sense of weariness. The roots of it are as followed: higher social expectation, heavy work pressures, miscellaneous work content, intense labor intensity, lower income, worse welfare, lower teacher's status, the common practice of respecting teacher and valuing education hasn't constituted. The measures of relieving burnout are raising teacher's income and welfare gradually; strengthening college cultural cultivation, instituting virtuous assisting mechanism; establishing social support network and holding reasonable expectation for teacher profession; guiding teachers to understand burnout correctly and providing proper assistance and help.
