| 摘 要： | 法律教育在中国的普及程度从表面上看是令人振奋的,但由于受我国教育制度某些固有弊端的影响,并没有体现出法律教育所应有的特色。由此,从内容到形式方面调整我国的法律教育,是我国发展教育的当务之急。
