| Abstract: | In modern society,traditional gender role with its tremendous negative culture force contradicts with the law rights of equality between men and women,and also has much negative influence on women teachers in higher education institute.Therefore,we should lessen its negative effects by improving social and cultural environment,advocating men to do housework and developing women teachers' self-consciousness. |
