| Abstract: | The author, maintaining that in present China there exist in civil authentication many problems for which the author works out some diagnostic solutions, focuses his analytical study on the authorized department and the premises concerning the subject of civil authentication and procedure of authentication by making use of relevant legislation and judicial practice from foreign countries while producing his own viewpoints of legislation on civil authentication. |
