| Abstract: | In a bid to realize the integration of technology and economy,it is pivotal to promote the transformation of technological research achievements into actual productive force.The paper proposes some relevant policy recommendations for the government after a comprehensive survey and study on four municipalities and provinces as Beijing,Shanghai,Shaanxi and Hubei. |
