群体性事件处置中警察心理状态分析

良好的警察心理状态是成功处置群体性事件的重要条件之一。在处置实践中,指挥员、参与民警常出现不良心态。从事件处置系统和警察内部心理系统来分析,处置群体性事件中,警察心态的根本特点是被动性与主动性矛盾并存,只有化被动为主动才能够处置成功。因此在日常训练和工作,以及现场控制中,都要关注如何把被动的不可控制的心态转化为主动的可控制的心态,从而通过警察行为实现有效控制现场,妥善处置群体性事件。

An Analysis of Police Psychological State in Handling Group Events

A good psychological state is one of the important conditions for police to successfully handle group events,while in practice the commander officers and police involved in handling often have a bad mental state.Based on the analysis of system of handling events and psychological system inside the police,the basic characteristics of police psychological state in disposing of group events is the coexistence of contradiction between the passivity and initiative,and only through changing the passivity into initiative can the handling be successful.Therefore,much attention must be paid to how to transform the passive and uncontrollable mental state into initiative and controllable psychological state in daily training and work as well as on-the-spot control,thus to achieve effective onthe-spot controlling and properly handle group events through police's behaviors.
