| 摘 要： | 内圣外王既力图通过内在德性的修炼,展现自己的道德影响力和人格力,又将内在德性扩展为外在的社会伦理道德,为仁由己,为政以德,修己以安人,影响、教导以及引导追随者和社会大众,力图实现润物细无声的德性领导。内圣外王的德性领导是一种建设性的努力,人人皆可为尧舜,人人皆能成为圣人王,更是一种精神隐喻,旨在最终实现一种不知有之的自我领导。

| Abstract: | To be“saint in mind and emperor in action”is,on the one hand,to exhibit one’s moral influence and personality through the cultivation of internal virtue,and on the other hand,to translate internal virtue into exter-nal social ethics,and influence,instruct and lead the followers and the people through one’s own benevolence and moral governance,so as to realize the leadership by virtue like the spring rain that moisturizes things silent-ly. The leadership by virtue of“saint in mind and emperor in action”is a kind of constructive efforts：“everyone can be Yao and Shun”;and everyone can be“saint emperor”. It is also a kind of spiritual metaphor,aimed to fi-nally realize the self - leading like the most excellent governors with whom the ordinary people are not acquain-ted. |
