Theoretical Exploration and Inspiration of Inner-party Democracy Construction in Yan’an Period

Inner-party democracy is the life of the Communist Party of China.Yan＇an period is the best period of the inner-party democracy development of the Party which has three stages： the first one is the 6^th plenary session of the 6^th National Congress of CPC that promotes the institution construction of inner-party democracy construction, the second one is the recitification movement that creats a new model of the construction, and the last one is the 7^th National Congress of CPC that makes significant theortetical attribution for the construction. The theoretical exploration and practices of the inner-party democracy construction in Yah＇an period which are the great experiences and lessons for the construction in new period.
