| Abstract: | The new idea of promoting scientific level of party construction in an all-rond way that is emphasized in the 18^th National Congress of CPC in new trend, which not only heritates the previous theories but also enriches and develops the idea. It is necessary to understand deeply about the inside meaning of the scientific party construction, the necesssity of scientific party construction and path choice of the construction in order to promote the construction in an all-around way. |
