| 摘 要： | 论文在全面研究党的十五大以来中央有关文献,尤其是“三个代表”重要思想形成、发展和党的十六大文件的基础上,全面概括和提出了十六大政治报告中的系列新思想、新提法、新观点。透过这些新思想、新提法、新观点,使我们更好地学习和研究蕴涵在十六大中的科学社会主义和中国特色社会主义理论,更清晰地看到“三个代表”重要思想,与马克思主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论之间一脉相承的关系,更自觉地贯彻落实十六大精神。
