法治过程中的乡村秩序与法

在农民以外出打工为谋生的主要手段的基础上 ,法治的有关建设难以进入乡村为人们所理解和认同 ,乡村内部所承继下来的对于秩序与法的实践虽有些松动 ,但仍在延续之中。因此 ,要使乡村的秩序与法进入中国现代化的法治建设的进程中 ,要做的努力还相当地多。从乡村本身开始 ,使人们卷入一种市场化的生活 ,这种市场化的生活正是现代法治的背景 ,也许是一种值得注意的努力。

Countryside Order and Law in the Process of Ruling by Law

Many people in the countryside make a living by working outside,so people realize and understand the fact that the related construction of ruling by law is hard to be carried out in rural areas,and the inner succeeded practice about order and law is still going on,though it is a little slack.Therefore great efforts should be made which should start with countryside itself and involve people into a life of market economy that is firmally the background of modern ruling by law.
