| 摘 要： | 随着社会公共事务的增多,警察权力也在不断扩大。规范和限制警察权已经成为当代立法的趋势。《治安管理处罚法》与《治安管理处罚条例》相比,在很大程度上规范了警察职权的行使,进一步保障了公民权利,在我国法制建设过程中起到了重要作用。

| Abstract: | The police are an important tool of the country.The extent of the power is more and wider along with the increasing public affairs.To restrict the power of the police is a trend of altering the law.Law for punishing public offenses shall become operative as of march 1,2006.The law restricts the power of the police largely,and safeguards the civil right for a fixed term.It plays an important role in the construction of legal system. |
