| 摘 要： | “十一五”时期是我国区域经济圈加速形成时期,也是我省关中经济带建设的关键时期。要大力振兴装备制造业,加快发展高新技术产业,实施名牌带动战略,加快构建以西安为中心的关中城市群,加强与长江三角洲经济区、环渤海经济圈和新亚欧大陆桥经济带的联系,促使关中经济带迅速崛起。

| Abstract: | The Eleventh Five-Year Plan period is the time for China's regional economic ring to fast develop and also is the crucial time for constructing the Guanzhong Economic Belt in Shaanxi province.Thus it requires us to revitalize the equipment manufacture industry in great effort,to accelerate the development of high-tech industry,to implement the famous-brand oriented strategy,to accelerate the construction of cities in Guanzhong area which takes Xi'an city as the center,to intensify the economic ties with the Yangtze River delta,the economic ring around the Bohai area and economic belt in New Eurasia Land Bridge area and to promote rapid grown up of Guanzhong Economic Belt. |
