| Abstract: | the grass-root civil servants as a special group plays a much differect role with other layer civil servants in the construction of socialism harmonious society.This article makes an introduction of the connotation and role positioning of the grassroot civil servants,and discusses the problems during their actual work and the pathes to conduct their roles.which just have a conducive advice to this issue in actual and theoretical research. |
