摘    要:与企业签订了劳动合同,职工还是不是企业的主人?是当前国有企业职工关心议论的热点。本文指出:必须通过新型主人翁教育对此予以澄清。要使职工认识到劳动合同的签订使企业主人由抽象变为具体,使职工民主权利由形式转向了形式与内容的统一,使工会维护职能进一步具体化、法制化。

Abstract:The staff and workers have signed the labor contract with the enterprise, then, aren t they the masters of the enterprise? This question has become the hot topic on discussion, which the state - operated staff, and workers concern about at present. The article points out that: We must make the clarification for this question through the education of the new type of masters. We should let the staff and workers recognize that the conclusion and signature of the labor contract make the enterprise masters change from the abstract into the concrete, it makes the democratic rights oi the staff and workers change from the form turn to the unification of the form and content, it makes the maintenance function of the trade union being concrete and in-stitutionalization further.
