| 摘 要： | 文章从加强社会主义法制建设和构建社会主义和谐社会的需要出发,在总结我国刑事司法初衷经验的基础上,借鉴外国在立法上的有益经验,对我国《刑法》规定的各种刑罚方法(包括主刑和附加刑)应当如何改进和完善的问题,提出许多可资考虑的立法建议。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of strengthening the construction of the socialist legal system and building the socialist hermonious society,the author has proposed many useful suggestions on how to improve the penalty systerm in our country,including principal penalty and accessory penalty,which is stipulated in Criminal Law based on the helpful experience of foriengn legislation and the practical experience of our criminal law. |
