| 摘 要： | 工会干部是工会维权使命的肩负者 ,职工合法权益的维护者。工会干部依法行使维权职能的行为得不到保障 ,工会就不可能成为职工合法权益的代表者和维护者。破题之策在于举法治之剑、破体制之弊、建维权之功、创作为之业。维护维权者的依法维权 ,不能简单理解为只是维护某个工会干部的权益 ,而是维护了中国工会的维权旗帜。

| Abstract: | The union cadres undertake the mission of safeguarding workers' rights and interests They are also the supporters of safeguarding workers' legitimate rights and interests according to law If the union cadres' action of protective function cannot be protected, trade unions would not become the representatives and protectors of safeguarding workers' legitimate rights and interests The main countermeasure is that trade unions should govern them according to law, reduce the shortcomings of the system, have the idea of safeguarding workers' rights and so on Safeguarding those in safeguarding workers rights and interests according to law not only safeguards one union cadre's rights and interests, but also safeguards the protective banner of the Chinese trade unions |
