| 摘 要： | 现阶段犯罪分子打破地域界限,呈现出跳跃作案、流窜作案、系列作案的特点。通过一般并案条件进行综合分析认定,并案侦查是一种有效节约侦查资源、提高办案效率的路径。文章中对一般并案条件的标记行为进行具体的分析,阐释了标记行为作为并案侦查根据的可行性,并对如何更好地识别出标记行为进行一些思考。
