宋代司法鉴定的历史渊源及发展

History and Development of Judicial Verification in Song Dynasty

Up to Tang dynasty,the development of China ancient law had reached a rather advanced level.Technologies on judicial verification had been widely used in jurisdiction practices during Tang dynasty.In Song dynasty,forensics development reached a new level.The judicial verification based on forensics was more widely employed in judicial judgment.Because of this,the technologies on judicial verification in Song dynasty were said to have taken an important position in the development of ancient judicial system in China.
