未成年人犯罪案件在审查逮捕环节存在问题的探讨

未成年人刑事犯罪近年来已成为社会关注的焦点和迫切需要解决的问题。当前检察机关在审查批捕环节办理未成年人犯罪案件的办案机制,执法观念、执法思想存在着不利于保障未成年人合法权益的问题。为了更好地保障未成年犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益,笔者结合工作实践,进行了思考和探讨。

Discussion on problems of juvenile delinquency in examine and arrest tache

Juvenile delinquency has become a focus of attention and a problem urgent to be resolved in recent years. The current Prosecutor in examine and arrest tache has some problems which are not good to protect the minors°Ф legitimate benefits in the mechanism, concept and thought of the law enforcement. In order to better protect the underage suspects°Ф legitimate interests, the author thought and discussed it in conjunction with working practices.
