| 摘 要： | 劳资关系是社会主义市场经济秩序中的重要法律关系,劳动法律规范时劳动者的权利予以了广泛、充分的保护,但是,刑事法律规范却未对劳动者的权利予以全面、系统的保护,因而,现实生活中严重损害劳动者权利的行为日趋增多,为此,建议增设损害劳动者权益罪,对劳动者权利进行系统保护。
