| 摘 要： | 继承并不仅仅指财产继承,而且还应当包括人格继承。人格继承这一新概念有其特定的含义,并可以被科学地证成。与此相应,人格继承制度也具有其特定的结构。继承概念在其内涵上的这种革命性变革,不可能不对继承法的制度结构产生重大影响。
