| 摘 要： | 在司法工作中,侦查假设是侦查人员破案工作中不可缺少的一种智力手段,侦查破案的过程就是一个不断提出假设和验证假设的过程。侦查人员是否善于提出假设,所提出的假设科学性如何,都直接关系到侦查工作的效率、成败。为了保证侦查假设对侦查工作具有正确导向,其构建必须遵守相应的逻辑规则。

| Abstract: | In judicial affairs ,hypothesis is a necessary ,intellectual medium of criminal investigation for investigators.In fact ,criminal investigation is a procedure that investigators unceasingly bring forward hypotheses and try to verify them.The investigators should be good at putting forward scientific hypotheses ,which directly relate to the efficiency and success of criminal investigation.In order that a hypothesis can rightly guide an investigation ,it must observe the relative logical rules. |
