| Abstract: | The period of ’the Twelfth Five Years is the key process for Ningxia to promote its transformation of development mode and overall construction of welfare society as well as the strenuous stage of the unification of urban and rural development and of the improvement of livelihood.It is the effective way for Ningxia’s realization of rapid expansion of economic aggregate,obvious strong economic power and the promotion of ecological migration to speed up modern industrial growth in economic areas along the Yellow River. |
