| 摘 要： | 城乡统筹不只是"物质"形态上的统筹,它强调了一种"文明"的统筹。衡量城乡统筹状况的指标包括经济融合、人口融合、生活融合、社会发展融合、农业现代化等指标。研究表明,当前贵州城乡差距依然存在且较大,一定程度上意味着城市"反哺"论的失灵。为此,应实施以山区特色产业开发为支撑的"一二三战略"。

| Abstract: | The concept of urban-rural integration indicates the coordination not only in material sense but also in the sense of civilization. The relevant indicators considering the situation of such integration include economy integration, population integration, livelihood integration, coordination of social development and agricultural modernization. It is demonstrated that a significant rural-urban disparity still exist in Guizhou, which in some sense indicates the failure of the Regurgitation-feeding Theory of Cities. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the ＂One- two-three Strategy＂ based on the exploration of specialized industry in mountainous areas. |
