An Empirical Study on the Criminal Police' Job Burnout and Coping Measures

Good mental quality, as an important part of the comprehensive quality of criminal police, affects criminal police troops＇ overall quality, combat effectiveness and sustainable development. Criminal police are high-risk groups of job burnout due to their overloaded, stressful, and risky occupation. By applying the professional psychological evaluation tools and scientific data analysis, the study provides first-hand data about the current problems associated with criminal police＇ job burnout from the empirical perspective, aiming to provide a scientific reference for improving the team management, the quality of the troops, and criminal police＇s physical and mental health.
