The Communist Party of China and the Progress of Human Rights in China

For centuries, enjoying human rights has been an ideal of all mankind. In old China, the masses suffered severely from imperialism, feudalism and bureaucratic capitalism; consequently, human rights were not available. Since its foundation, the CPC has always strived for the human rights for the people. Since the foundation of the PRC, under the leadership of the CPC, great achievements have been made in this sphere.
