The Reasons of the EURO Slump and Its Future Trend

The EURO has been weakening in international foreign exchange markets since its circulation for the following reasons: 1) the increasingly enlarged gap in economic growth between Europe and America; 2) the great difference in interest rate regulation between Europe and America; 3) greater changes in world economic environment than expected since the beginning of EURO circulation; 4) the EURO lack of sufficient support from European Union political and financial fields; and 5) the influence of Kosovo crisis. Recently, the EURO has risen again slightly but the situation will not last long. Moreover, the EURO is struggling to stablize and will keep fluctuating.
