| Abstract: | The development of small and medium-sized enterprises has been greatly emphasized throughout China because these enterprises enjoy unique advantages over the large-scale ones. Considering the potential difficulties in development, this paper suggests that small and medium-sized enterprises should have more support from the government and enjoy enough decision-making power. |
