| 摘 要： | 2005年10月27日,第十届全国人大常委会第十八次会议审议通过了新修订的《中华人民共和国公司法》,这次修改将对我国现代公司法律制度的建立和完善必将产生深远影响。新修订的《中华人民共和国公司法》降低了公司的注册资金,这对经济犯罪侦查工作又产生重要的影响。

| Abstract: | On October 27, 2005, the 18th meeting of the 10th NPC Standing Committee examined and adopted the new version of the "PRC Company Law". This amendment would have a far-reaching impact on the establishment and improvement of the legal system of the modern company. The new version of the "PRC Company Law" reduced the company's registered capital which had an important impact on the investigation of economic crime. |
