| 摘 要： | 流动人口违法犯罪一直是社会关注的热点问题 ,从近几年楚雄州破获的刑事案件和抓获的违法犯罪人员分析 ,外来流动人员违法犯罪问题呈逐年增多之势。要降低或减少其案发率 ,就必须加强流动人口犯罪防范体系的建设 ,要在各级党委、政府的领导下 ,成立专门的协调机构 ,明确相关职能部门的职责 ,齐抓共管 ,才能完成。

| Abstract: | Floating population crimes has been concerned by society. Floating population crimes are increasing according to the analysis of criminal cases and criminals seizure in recent years. To reduce the incidence of the cases,the preventive system has to be strengthened. Moreover,under the direction of the Party and government,special coordinating mechanism should be in place to work with other departments. |
