外军政治教育简介

外军不仅注重提高官兵的军事素质， 而且非常重视提高官兵的精神素质。一些国家特别是西方国家的军队， 不仅依靠优厚的物质待遇， 较好的福利保障来维系军队的士气， 也很重视部队的政治教育： 进行国家观念教育， 培养军人的国家利益至上的观念； 进行传统教育， 增强军人的自豪感和责任感； 进行宗教教育， 稳定思想， 缓解矛盾； 进行法制教育， 严格执法， 依法治军； 进行品德教育， 规范军人的思想和行为； 进行形势教育， 增强危机意识和战备观念。外军政治教育的内容方式和采取的一些具体措施， 值得我们研究和借鉴。

Political Education in Foreign Armies

Foreign armies attach importance not only to serviceman's military quality but also to their spiritual quality. Some foreign armies, especially in western countries,usually use munificent substantial treatment and better welfare guarantee to keep the troops in high moral,meanwhile they pay much attention to serviceman's political education.For example, they carry out the education on national sense to let soldiers put national benefit in the uppermost position;carry out the eduation on army tradition to build up senses of pride and responsibility; Carry out religious education to calm down the army and settle contradions;carry out the legal education to execute laws strictly and manage the army by the law;carry out the education on moral charater to standardize soldier's thoughts and behaviors;and carry out the situation education to increase the consciousness of crisis and war.We should study contents,manners and some specific measures of foreign army's political education for our reference.
