| 摘 要： | 英国、美国、澳大利亚等西方发达国家对情报主导警务的研究已近20年,相对于我国来说各方面都比较成熟。这些国家情报主导警务理念产生和推广具有相似的社会发展和警务实践背景,运作模式具有如出一辙的技术架构,并且具有共同的工作原理。

| Abstract: | The history of the study showed intelligence-led policing in Britain,the United States,Australia and other western developed countries has had nearly 20 years.It is more mature and perfect than our country.In these countries,the concept and promotion of intelligence-led policing based on similar social-development and the background of police practice,so they have the same mode of operation of the technical architecture and the common operating principle. |
