借鉴国外管理学经典定律更新公安队伍管理理念

国外管理学的许多经典定律(法则、效应)已经广泛运用于社会各个领域。公安机关历来非常重视对队伍的管理,如何突破常规,在公安队伍管理过程中引入管理学的先进理念,是我们应该加以关注和研究的一个课题。在对管理学六个定律(法则、效应)解析的基础上,运用这些定律(法则、效应)所提倡的新理念来分析当前公安队伍管理的状况及发展趋势,并提出旨在促进公安队伍培养、开发、使用、管理良性循环的些许建议。

Renewing the Management Concepts of Police Force by Drawing on Classical Laws of Management from Foreign Countries

Now,many classical rules（effects） of foreign management science have been used widely in every field of the society.In recent years,the public security organs attached great importance to the management of police force.How to break the convention and introduce some advanced management concepts in the process of the management of police force is a task that we should be concerned with.Based on the analysis of the six management laws,we use their new concept based on these rules to analyze the current situation and developing trend of the police force management and put forward some suggestions to promote the virtuous cycle of the police force training,development,employment and management.
