摘    要:社会工作专业形象的定位、评估与塑造是专业形象塑造工程必不可少的三个步骤。通过机构的正确决策及科学管理和社会工作者的优质服务及良好的专业行为确保专业的美誉度和通过策划推行专项活动、运用大众传播媒介和导入CIS系统提高专业的知名度是社会工作专业发展的策略性选择。

Abstract:Positioning, assessment, and structuring of the professional image for the social work discipline are three indispensable steps for the project of forming professional image of social work. The strategic choice for the development of social work as a discipline is to promote the fame of this field by means of right decision and scientific management in organization, well -qualified service of the social workers, and good performance in professional act. Meanwhile, raising well-known level of this discipline by means of special activities planning, mass communication, and introduction of CIS system is also related closely to the strategic choice mentioned here.
