With the increasing importance of circulation, industry can bring modern production development. The problem of developmental lag in traditional Chinese circulation industry is exposed day by day. The modularization eras has arrived, the demands of collaborative specialization division in production and circulation are increasing. More and more people pay large attention on the coordination efficiency in division. Nowadays, China fails to coordinate well on production and circulation. The major reason would result in the fact that the circulating industry development cannot catch up with the production demands.
