| 摘 要： | 本文系统梳理了中国古代政治学中的“民生”观和“民心”观，总结了保障民生、倾听民意是实现社会稳定的基本方针，挖掘了邓小平的富民政策和思想解放主张与中国古代“民生”、“民心”思想的内在联系，为当下改善民生、推进民主两项国策的正确性提供了历史注脚。

| Abstract: | The paper sorts out systematically Chinese ancient thoughts on the people's livelihood and the people's will, summarizes that safeguarding the people's livelihood and esteeming the people's will are basic policies, explores the intrinsic relationship between Deng Xiao-ping's opinions on making people wealthy and unrestrained, provides historical footnotes to correctness of two national policies in the present age, which improves the people's livelihood and promotes democracy. |
