改革开放30年的刑事诉讼法学

十一届三中全会以来,我国刑事诉讼法学在理论研究、立法服务、组织建设、人才培养等多方面都取得了令人鼓舞的成就。在回顾、盘点我国刑事诉讼法学研究取得成绩的同时,总结其间的经验得失,有利确定今后几年我国刑事诉讼法学研究的重点。

Accomplishment of the Science of Criminal Procedural Law in the Thirty Years' Reform

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC,the science of criminal procedure law in China has reached outstanding achievements in the areas such as theoretical research,legislative support,structural establishment,talent training,etc.While reviewing and evaluating the achievements,this paper intends to recount the experiences in the past thirty years and indicate the priority for China's criminal procedural law research in the coming years.
