关于“零口供”规则的几个问题研究

＂零口供＂规则推出已有近十年的时间,目前这一规则已被众多地区司法、公安部门引用,该规则也在我国的法律界、新闻界引起了较大的震动,被评为＂中国司法制度的一个历史性进步＂。＂零口供＂规则的实行必将影响和推动我国刑事诉讼法的修改和完善,加快我国刑事证据立法的进程。作为司法战线一员,针对这个问题,笔者试谈几点自己的粗浅看法和认识。
