| 摘 要： | 新刑事诉讼法实施以来,公安机关和检察机关侦查活动中仍暴露出一些弊病,尚未达到侦查工作法制化的要求,阻碍了司法公正的实现.因此,应当强化侦查法制化意识,改革侦查程序和体制,完善有关侦查活动的立法和配套规定等,实现侦查工作法制化.
