| 摘 要： | 当前,由于种种原因,公安民警的执法权益时常受到伤害,其原因是法律和政策对警察角色定位模糊、履行职责的保障不力及执法环境欠佳。要切实保障公安民警的执法权益,必须加强法治建设,加大国家对警务工作的投入,落实从优待警的各项措施。

| Abstract: | Currently, the police' s legal rights in law enforcement are repeatedly damaged. The reasons are as follows: the position - setting of the police roles in laws and policies is indistinct, the safeguard for the police to do their duty is not strong enough, and the law enforcement surroundings are not good enough. To practically safeguard the police' s legal rights in law enforcement, it' s necessary to strengthen the construction of government by law, increase the investment of the country in the police activities. And ascertain the various measures to give favored treatment to the police. |
