| Abstract: | Administrative guidance is a kind of administrative factual action which only has enforement on facts.It has legel principle,effective principle,principle of voluntary participation and principle of service.Actually,administrative guidance is stipulated in every level of our laws and rules.However,the number is relatively small and it is not comprehensive.So relief must be given to the illegal or wrong administrative guidance. |
